Menno Haven offers two beautiful and distinct communities on over 200 acres in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. With only one mile between the communities, as a resident you have open access to all of the amenities Menno Haven offers.
Brookview
The Brookview Community is located on Scotland Avenue with quick and convenient access to downtown, shopping centers, and Interstate 81. Situated on almost 160 acres of land, Brookview retains its rural feeling with lush green space along with bountiful amenities such as walking trails, park & pavilion, and a pond. A fitness center and world-class pool are located in the Northgate apartment building as well as multiple dining venues. The Brookview Health Care Center & Village Square Personal Care are also on-site to complete the continuum of care. The surrounding area includes a middle school and other residential housing uses. The winding Conococheague Creek forms the northwest border of the property.
Chambers Pointe
The Chambers Pointe Community is located just a short distance from Brookview on Philadelphia Avenue. This 40 acre community is located closer to downtown Chambersburg, but also has easy access to shopping and the interstate. Friendship Lake is the centerpiece of the community with its shade garden and open green space surrounded by cottages and apartments. The Manor building provides Personal Care and the Chambers Pointe Health Care center rounds out the continuum. Wilson College abuts to the south and west, while Chambersburg Mennonite Church abuts to the north. The low-density residential neighborhood of north-end Chambersburg provides amazing charm for this area.
