Menno Haven names Ryan Fitz as Chief Financial Officer
Menno Haven has named Ryan Fritz as its new Chief Financial Officer joining the organization in May 2023. He will report to President and CEO Dr. Hugh Davis.
Fritz has nearly 25 years of financial experience in the health care industry and joins Menno Haven from United Health System (UHS) of Pennsylvania where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to UHS, Fritz worked at Summit Health, which later merged with WellSpan Health, where he held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility including the last as Vice President of Finance overseeing the financial management of Summit Physician Services, Chambersburg Health Services, and Himelfarb Surgery Center.
Fritz earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. He is a member of the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma which recognizes academic excellence in business studies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for First Start Partnerships for Children and Families.

Fritz joins at a significant time for the organization as it sets its next 5-year strategic initiative, Operation BLOOM. Menno Haven will immediately benefit from Fritz’s expertise in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve financial performance and quality of care, as well as his experience collaborating with senior leadership, physicians, and other stakeholders to provide financial analysis and guidance.
