CHAMBERSBURG, PaMenno Haven is pleased to report that we are actively vaccinating our residents in all care levels. Currently, most of the Skilled Nursing and Personal Care residents have received their first vaccine with some already receiving their second dose and more clinics are scheduled.

On Sunday, January 31, 2021, Menno Haven is prepared and planning to vaccinate around 500 Independent Living Residents with the Moderna vaccine. The vaccine will be administrated by Care Options Rx, Menno Haven’s long-term care pharmacy provider from Mount Holly Springs.

The vaccination clinic includes administrating in the following ways:

  • Drive-thru vaccinations
  • In-home vaccinations for resident convenience
  • In person vaccination clinic

Menno Haven is one of the first retirement communities in Franklin County to administer the vaccine to Independent Living Residents.

Menno Haven continues to closely monitor the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and is committed to the safety of residents, families, and team members in our community.
